Delivery

Our standard delivery time is 7-10 business days from date of order placement. However, at certain times, delivery may take place before or after this time period due to fluctuation of workload.

Nature of the wood

All of our products are made to as high of a standard as possible. We do this through using every process available in order to ensure the products will have the longest life-span achievable. With regards to this, we ask that you as a customer will appreciate the somewhat unpredictable nature of wood as a material. Many factors including exposure to extreme temperatures and moisture levels can potentially warp or misshape the wood regardless of how well it is treated. due to this fact, we cannot be held accountable for any change in structure due to misuse.
